Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how LeadRaider, operated by Mindful Millennials LLC ("LeadRaider," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, purchase a subscription, or communicate with us. By using our services, you consent to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information.

Information you provide directly.

  • Payment information. When you purchase a subscription, you submit payment details to Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe handles the payment directly. We do not see or store your full card number, CVV, or bank credentials.
  • Onboarding information. After payment, you complete an onboarding form hosted on Typeform. We collect your business description, target customer profile, target job titles, company size, industry, and geography. This information is necessary to deliver the service.
  • Questions form. If you submit the "Have questions?" form on our website, we collect your name, email address, and message content via Formspree.
  • Communications. If you email us, we keep the contents of the email and any attachments.

Information collected automatically.

  • Usage analytics. Our hosting provider, Vercel, collects basic anonymized analytics about visits to our website, including pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, and device type. We use this to understand traffic patterns, not to identify you individually.
  • Cookies. Our website uses a small number of cookies for essential functionality. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver, maintain, and improve the service.
  • Configure your outreach infrastructure, source prospects, send outreach on your behalf, and classify replies.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Respond to your questions and provide customer support.
  • Send service-related communications, including notices about pricing changes, security incidents, and updates to these policies.
  • Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your business or ICP information to train general-purpose AI models or for any purpose other than delivering the service to you.

3. Prospect data

To deliver the service, we source contact information for prospects matching the ICP you provide. We obtain this prospect data from Apollo.io, a B2B contact-data provider whose database is built on business-purpose data sources. With respect to prospect data, you are the data controller and we act as a service provider / processor: we process prospect data solely to send outreach on your behalf, classify replies, and deliver the service.

We include a working opt-out mechanism in every cold email so prospects can stop receiving messages from your campaigns. If a prospect requests deletion of their data from your campaigns, we will remove them and ask you to refrain from re-importing them.

4. Third-party services

We rely on the following providers to operate the service. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

  • Stripe. Payment processing.
  • Typeform. Post-payment onboarding form.
  • Formspree. Pre-purchase questions form on our website.
  • Vercel. Website hosting and basic analytics.
  • Apollo.io. Source of prospect contact data.
  • Email infrastructure providers. Used to send outreach from your dedicated sending domain.
  • AI providers. Used to personalize outreach and classify replies. Provider terms restrict use of submitted data for training.

We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We share information only as needed to operate the service or as required by law. Specifically, we may disclose information:

  • To the third-party providers listed above, only as necessary to deliver the service.
  • To comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to respond to a lawful request from a government authority.
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of LeadRaider, our customers, or others, including investigation of fraud or violations of our Terms of Service.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, provided the recipient agrees to honor this policy.

6. Data retention

We retain customer account information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet our legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. Prospect data associated with your campaigns is retained while your subscription is active and deleted on request after cancellation, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit our use of your personal information, and to receive a copy of the information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email team@tryleadraider.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, the right to correct inaccuracies, and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under the GDPR and equivalent laws, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

9. International data transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and in any other country where our service providers operate. By using the service, you consent to this transfer.

10. Children

The service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the website before the changes take effect. The "Effective date" at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised.
